Job Description:
Manages end-to-end IT delivery for Client Web and Mobile, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborates with a team of Program Managers and works directly with the Senior Director in the product space. Plays a key role in execution, reporting, and cross-functional communication while also providing chief-of-staff support to product managers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead medium-complexity initiatives, managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Track and report project performance using approved methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business leaders to drive execution.
- Manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Lean.
- Facilitate horizontal communication across teams and stakeholders in different areas.
Must-Have Skills:
- Program management experience.
- Web and mobile project delivery expertise.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
