Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $55 and $60. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the project management of medium-sized initiatives or projects with high complexity.
- Manage project scope, schedules, and quality, ensuring day-to-day progress, execution, and completion within the approved scope.
- Measure and report on project performance using appropriate tools and techniques aligned with company-approved methodologies and toolsets to support the achievement of short- and long-term goals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management within technology, product/software development, or business functions.
- PMP certification is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of software development, testing, and implementation, as well as key technical concepts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives using various delivery methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile, lean, scrum).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Gantt chart tools.
- Knowledge of Jira and Jira Align is beneficial but not required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn, ask questions, and develop expertise in key concepts.
- May lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risks, and complexity.
- Capable of solving problems in straightforward situations by evaluating potential solutions using technical expertise and sound judgment.
- Contributes to decision-making on program, project, or service direction and resource allocation, aligning with departmental policies and industry best practices.
- Communicates complex or sensitive information effectively and works to build consensus among stakeholders.
