Core Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects according to daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
- Allocate resources based on workflow adjustments.
- Monitor and prevent bottlenecks in project flow.
- Track long lead-time items that may impact delivery.
- Follow up on incoming product and inventory for future projects.
- Conduct physical inspections of custom items for product use.
- Prepare weeks in advance by reviewing engineering drawings before projects go live.
- Ability to build and analyze Pareto Charts.
- Experience in manufacturing or construction management.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and installation.
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
- Project Management Certification.
- 65% – Micro-checking schedule/production changes
- 15% – Resource management
- 10% – Checking future project items
- 5% – Setting up for the following day/week
- 2.5% – Sales, scheduling, and shipping interaction
- 2.5% – Micro meetings/daily huddles
