Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a talented Technical Business Analyst to join our Digital Product Management Team, supporting the Money Movement efforts within our Enterprise Payments Network. This individual will play a critical role in bridging business objectives with technical solutions, working collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts in an agile environment.

Responsibilities
- Business Expertise:
- Partner with senior product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deepen domain knowledge.
- Apply expertise in payments and banking to support strategic goals.
- Technical Expertise:
- Perform independent data analysis by extracting and querying data from various sources.
- Create data analysis artifacts and interpret technical designs, architecture, and data models.
- Collaborate with engineers to define technical user stories and apply BDD acceptance criteria.
- Current State, Future State, and Gap Analysis:
- Document and assess current-state processes within single business areas or domains.
- Contribute to identifying and closing gaps to align with future-state objectives.
- Requirement Gathering:
- Collect and analyze fact-based system, technical, and business requirements to inform decisions.
- Authoring User Stories and Features:
- Write user stories and features of low to medium complexity and assist with more complex work as needed.
- Support the development process by providing clarifications and updates to user stories.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Assist in coordinating and reviewing test plans for smaller or non-complex projects.
- Support testing efforts, including UAT and checkouts, and collaborate with test engineers to ensure quality outcomes.
- Project Management:
- Apply project management principles to organize and advance workstreams effectively.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2-4 years of prior experience in payments, banking, or similar industries.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with tools such as Postman and AWS.
- Experience with testing frameworks is a plus.
- Knowledge & Abilities:
- Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and navigate conflicts effectively.
- Solid understanding of agile and scrum methodologies.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to address straightforward situations.
- Previous domain expertise gained through internships or related roles.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications demonstrating role-specific competencies.
- Ability to conduct gap analyses and align technical solutions with business needs.
