We’re presenting an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Data Analyst, in Milwaukee WI. The Supply Chain Data Analyst drives initiatives to enhance customer fulfillment which includes damage reduction, claims management, and on-time delivery. Additionally, this person will develop and maintain supply chain metrics and dashboards, analyze current processes, and provide backup support for the purchasing specialist role.

Here’s a General Overview of What You’ll be Doing:

Support and Drive Supply Chain Initiatives:
- Damage reduction and reporting
- Claims management
- On-time Delivery
- Lead CTPAT renewal
- Report on vendor backlog/expected ship dates
- Freight expected rate, margin & profitability improvement

Outbound and Inbound Transportation Review:
- Review and audit outbound invoices while identifying gaps
- Review, audit, and approve ocean rates and invoices
- Identify opportunities and maintain delivery and installation networks
- Onboard additional installation partners in needed markets

Supply Chain Data & Insights:
- Develop new Supply Chain metrics or dashboards: In transit reporting, WISMO tracking, container costs (fixed vs spot rate), API freight rate vs actual freight rate
- Maintain PowerBI dashboards
- Review and analyze current supply chain processes using operational metrics and reports
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years related experience in supply chain management, data analytics, building & creating dashboards using PowerBI/SQL data banks
- Bachelor’s Degree – Supply Chain or Finance
- Detail orientated
- SQL knowledge
- Advanced in excel and data analytics
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work as both an individual contributor and in a team environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Tableau
- Business analytics tools
