This is a hybrid role that would sit onsite in Milwaukee, WI.
Our CUSTOMER SUPPLY CHAIN TEAM is responsible for :
- FORECASTING ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH CUSTOMERS & PRODUCTS
- DRIVING ORDER FULFILLMENT INITIATIVES TO MAXIMIZE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- DISTRIBUTION PLANNING
- CUSTOMER SCORECARDS
- DELIVERING INDUSTRY-LEADING LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
- CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION WITH OUR SUPPLY CHAIN, DEMAND, SALES, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAMS

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities :
Work with manager to communicate metrics and performance to varying levels of the organization and customer.Gathers data and conducts analysis with a goal of improving the customer score card.Resolving compliance metrics with largest customerIdentifies underperforming areas in the supply chain and suggests resolutions / improvements.Gains thorough understanding of customer performance expectations, routing guides and operational requirements. Communicates updates to supply chain teamUnderstands, communicates, and manages customer expectations around impact to customers when Milwaukee Tool initiates a change.Order ManagementPro-actively identifies areas of potential risk of non-compliance and works with Sales, Channel and Supply Chain functions to minimize customer impacts.Pro-actively works with manager to organize information / data to align and document orders that should not be penalized with the goal of reducing non-compliance violations.Actively engage in the dispute process to avoid compliance fines.Categorize / analyze opportunities for improvement and leverage project management skills to coordinate and manage cross-functional team members.Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with customers.Reviewing and managing Consumption and Supply / Demand alignmentProduct Reservation / Allocation recommendations and managementPromotional execution planning and managementCustomer data (POS, Inventory) review, analysis, and alignmentThe TOOLS you'll bring with you :
2 years in Distribution / Transportation / Warehouse operations experience preferred but not requiredBachelors degree in related fieldDirect experience in this area or related areas will be taken into considerationExcel a mustSQL (or experience with other data-based queries) Power Query & Power Pivot a plusData analysisExcellent written and verbal communication.Able to communicate with departments across the organization.Microsoft Suite (Excel / Power Pivot / Word / PPT)ERP experienceOther TOOLS we prefer you to have :
