Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis, covering for a colleague on maternity leave. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in SQL, reporting, and business intelligence (BI) processes, and have a strong foundation in scripting languages (Python, R, C#, etc.). You will work alongside two other Data Specialists to support day-to-day data management and reporting tasks, contributing to the analysis and interpretation of business-critical data.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.

Create and generate business intelligence reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.

Assist with data analysis and provide insights to support business operations.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data processing.

Support scripting and automation tasks (Python, R, C#, or other relevant languages).

Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues as they arise.

Ensure data quality and integrity across all reporting outputs.

Skills & Qualifications :

Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Experience with reporting tools and creating BI reports and dashboards.

Familiarity with business intelligence concepts and tools.

Proficiency in one or more scripting languages such as Python, R, or C#.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently with minimal supervision.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.

Additional Information :

This is a temporary role due to maternity leave, with an expected duration of several months.

Flexibility to work 5-10 hours per week, with required availability during standard business hours.

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $40 and $80. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
