We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to collaborate with another product manager, business stakeholders, engineering partners, and design teams to enhance our Field Recruiting processes through our recently implemented applicant tracking system (ATS) solution, iCIMS, and other supporting technologies. As this initiative enters its second year, we aim to maximize our investment by further enabling essential core platform capabilities while refining platform configuration based on user feedback.
In partnership with the Assistant Director and a peer Product Manager, you will define and execute a product vision and roadmap that enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting processes. Your work will be informed by research and feedback gathered from end users and business partners to support data-driven decision-making.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Product Vision : Share accountability for the vision and execution of Field Recruiting process improvements and product modernization aligned with business objectives.
- Process Understanding : Develop a deep understanding of Field Recruiting processes and workflows.
- Roadmap Development : Contribute to cross-functional strategic roadmaps for the products within your domain.
- Performance Metrics : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Requirement Gathering : Collect and analyze complex product requirements with a broad understanding of products within your scope.
- Validation : Review and validate requirements gathered from business partners.
- Product Development : Lead efforts to enhance business processes and product features from inception to completion.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with product strategy and vision.
- Feature Prioritization : Maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation based on business value and return on investment (ROI).
- Data-Driven Decision-Making : Use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions, including customer research and experimentation.
- Agile Facilitation : Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Problem Resolution : Identify and resolve issues that may impact strategic, financial, or technical objectives.
