Who We’re Looking For :
We are looking for IT Support Technicians to join our team for an exciting opportunity in Franklin, WI. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about troubleshooting technical issues and providing excellent customer service in a contact center environment.
Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot remote hardware, custom and commercial software, and connectivity issues across various platforms.
- Provide multi-channel support (phone, chat, remote access) to users with issues related to Windows 10 / 11, Office 365, laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and in-house applications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for over 20,000 staff members, managing an average of 25 interactions per day.
- Ensure success and team success by meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as attendance, first contact resolution, quality, and customer service.
- Proactively suggest improvements to the client experience and provide timely technical solutions.

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $17.00 and $20.00. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
