Job Title: Technical Support Analyst
Important to Know:
Summary of Position: As a Technical Support Analyst, you will provide technical support in a contact center environment. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting remote hardware, custom and commercial software, and connectivity issues. Support is provided via phone and chat interactions utilizing remote access software. You will be supporting Windows 10/11, Office 365, laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and various in-house, commercial, and mobile applications.
In this role, you will handle an average of 25 interactions daily as the single point of contact for technical issues, requests, and questions for over 20,000 supported staff. Success in this role is measured by Key Performance Indicators, including adherence to schedule (especially attendance), first contact resolution, quality, and customer service. During assigned shifts, you should expect nearly 100% of your day to be dedicated to handling customer interactions.

Job Title: Technical Support Analyst
Important to Know:
- Candidates will report onsite for training.
- All employees need to be onsite for the duration of training. If their shift is outside of 1st shift, they will be able to work fully remote.
- Hybrid work-from-home opportunities will be available after training is completed (3 days a week onsite).
