Key Responsibilities:
- Forecasting revenue, expenses, and coordinating weekly cash flow updates in Vena.
- Creating and maintaining financial reports for internal and external stakeholders in Vena.
- Analyzing consolidated financial results under different scenarios.
- Assisting with the preparation of proforma models for acquisitions.
- Acting as a finance partner to leadership, assisting with budgeting, monthly forecast updates, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Supporting the monthly close process, including preparing accruals and reclasses and investigating variances versus budget.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of FP&A experience in a high-growth environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manipulate data and build complex financial models.
- Familiarity with Vena is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and collaborative approach.
- Excellent presentation skills and desire for professional growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in healthcare, particularly skilled nursing or rehabilitation.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Vena, Sage Intaact, Paylocity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively with remote and virtual teams.
- Capable of meeting deadlines and maintaining high accuracy.
This position is based in Park Ridge, IL and requires an in-office presence.
Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
