$75,000 to 95,000 per year plus bonus

Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to be part of this growing vibrant team. This company is a division of a much larger organization that has experienced tremendous growth and has the need to add an additional finance person to assist with the post close analytic and improve processes.

Top Responsibilities Of The Senior Financial Analyst

• Performs analysis of variances against known product standards and assists in establishing standards
• The Senior Financial Analyst Identifies, analyzes and recommends improvements for the enhancement of cost based efficiencies in balance with operational needs and capabilities
• Develops inter-departmental operational efficiency standards and ad hoc reports utilizing activity based cost accounting and generally accepted practices
• Responsible for data collection, accuracy, analytical assessments and leading the subsequent operational recommendation sessions
• Assist with month end close process including account reconciliations, reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  
  

What We Are Seeking From a Senior Financial Analyst

• B.S. in Accounting
• CPA or MBA is a plus
• Tableau, Cognos is a huge plus
• preparation of dashboards and analyzing trends
