Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Systems Analyst to help drive the growth and improvement of our Finance Systems infrastructure. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing financial systems, with a focus on creating and optimizing reporting tools, data models, and data integration.
The ideal candidate will bring strong financial services industry knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills. Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with improvements, projects, and support requests for financial systems, including Oracle Cloud ERP, Fusion Accounting Hub, and Cloud EPM.
- Create and implement effective solutions for financial systems such as Oracle and Workiva.
- Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, including setting up legal entities, updating the chart of accounts, and overseeing approval hierarchies.
- Offer support during and after Go-Live phases, ensuring data and configuration accuracy while addressing user issues.
- Oversee integrations and scheduled processes, ensuring data integrity and working with IT on external system connections.
- Create and maintain training materials, deliver ongoing user education, and contribute to finance projects that align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in business, finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials.
- 2 years of applicable experience, in either insurance or financial services.
- Thorough comprehension of US GAAP and statutory accounting.
- Extensive experience with one or more of Oracle EPM, Workiva, or Treasury Management Tools.
- MBA,CPA,CFA,LLM (one is preferred, but not required).
- Strong technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling abilities.
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
