Location: New Ulm, MN (Must be within 25-30 minutes of the work location)
Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and network infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, setting up telecom systems, and assisting with network installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Support and configure Avaya telecom systems.
- Perform network troubleshooting, including switch and firewall installations.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for IT support.
- Document issues and resolutions in ServiceNow (SN).
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of IT support experience.
- Experience with desktop, telecom, and network hardware.
- Knowledge of operating systems and IT infrastructure.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Vocational/Technical training preferred).
