Summary:
The VP of Finance is a key strategic partner, overseeing global financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and treasury. Reporting to the CFO, this role drives financial insights, operational excellence, and team development to support business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership – Collaborate with senior leadership on financial planning, reporting, and decision-making.
Financial Operations – Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Process Improvement – Implement robust internal controls, enhance financial processes, and optimize ERP systems.
Team Development – Build and lead a high-performing finance team to drive efficiency and excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
15 years in finance leadership, preferably in multinational firms
Big 4 public accounting and PE-backed portfolio experience preferred
Strong cost accounting, financial modeling, and M&A experience
Industry experience in food or manufacturing highly preferred
