Duties
- Assist office manager with tasks to help coordinate seamless business operations.
- Filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Address client emails and phone calls.
- Cleaning and organizing office space.
Requirements
- Experience in an office environment or similar role is helpful.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
