(Founder of FUBU) We created a unique 28 minute training system that has helped over 40,000 clients transform their lives and now are opening new locations to grow our fitness empire nationwide.
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our fitness team here at Cowboy Ryan's Gym. We are a thriving business growing rapidly and need someone who is very detailed, organized and task oriented. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office/gym by providing administrative support and enhancing customer interactions. You will be mostly in charge of being the assistant to the Owner, Cowboy Ryan keeping him organized to ensure we stay focused and on track with our expanding franchise business. This position requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Business skills and/marketing is a plus but not mandatory. OCD is a plus
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in office management tasks, including organizing files, managing supplies, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Support customer support initiatives by responding to client requests and providing necessary information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations and effective communication.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office environment is not required(But a plus)
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office management practices.
- Computer skills is needed
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- A commitment to providing high-quality customer service and support.
