Job Description :
As a technology recruiter at COEADAPT INC., you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-notch technology professionals. You will use your expertise in technology recruiting to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, conduct thorough candidate assessments, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top technology talent
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
Evaluate candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements
Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
Negotiate compensation and benefits packages with candidates
Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Continuously monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications :
At least 3 years of experience in technology recruiting
Strong knowledge of the technology industry and its various job roles
Demonstrated ability to source and attract top technology talent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Education :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration.
Certifications in staffing and equal opportunity recruiting such as : the American Staffing Association CSP, TSC, CSC, and CHP
Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR
NOTE : Post secondary edication is highly desired and we would like to know more about where you obtained your experience and skills.
Compensation :
This is a commission-based position, with no base salary. You will earn a commission on every successful placement you make. The commission rate will be discussed during the interview process.
