Duties:
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
- Conduct thorough analysis of architect plans, specifications, and requirements and convert to company's forming system to prepare accurate and detailed plans.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor proposals and qualifications.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.
- Assist in the preparation of bid packages and submission of bids.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of construction industry practices, methods, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprint plans and specifications and convert measurements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and industry partners.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
- Ability to use AutoCAD a plus.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information accurately.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
