Duties

- Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Support corporate accounting functions by preparing financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with public accounting teams for audits and compliance-related tasks.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Utilize financial software, including QuickBooks, to input data and generate reports.
- Assist in governmental accounting processes as needed, ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within an accounting environment.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles related to payroll and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in financial software applications; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
