About Coeur d'Alene Pediatrics: We are a pediatric primary care practice with three offices conveniently located in Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, and Hayden, Idaho. With 12 providers working out of our 3 locations, our patients get the advantages of a larger clinic with the personal touch of a smaller clinic. We strive to provide the highest level of medical care that is both convenient and cost effective for our families.
Job Description: Coeur d'Alene Pediatrics is seeking a Medical Receptionist. This position is full-time (approximately 38-40 hours per week). The position will primarily be in the Coeur d'Alene office but requires the ability to work from all three offices if needed.
Schedule: Full-Time approximately 32 hours per week during our regular office hours: Monday-Thursday 8 am-5 pm, Saturday 8 am-4 pm. Must be available to work 2 Saturday shifts per month.
Requirements: We are looking for an energetic person with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. You must be able to work at a fast pace, willing to spend majority of the day answering phones, and have great customer service.
