About Coeur d'Alene Pediatrics : We are a pediatric primary care practice with three offices conveniently located in Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, and Hayden, Idaho. With 12 providers working out of our 3 locations, our patients get the advantages of a larger clinic with the personal touch of a smaller clinic. We strive to provide the highest level of medical care that is both convenient and cost effective for our families.
Job Description : Coeur d'Alene Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Support Specialist. The Patient Support Specialist is the first point of contact for all patients and their families; therefore they play a vital role in the company. The Patient Support Specialis must be professional and positive at all times to ensure the patient experience is a pleasant one. The primary purpose of this position is to welcome patients and their families at all three office locations and facilitate their needs, whether by telephone, secure messaging, or in person.
Schedule : Full-Time approximately 32 hours per week during our regular office hours : Monday-Thursday 8 am-5 pm, Saturday 8 am-4 pm. Must be available to work 2 Saturday shifts per month .
Requirements : We are looking for an energetic person with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. You must be able to work at a fast pace, willing to spend majority of the day answering phones, and have great customer service.
