Responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Conduct account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks.
- Write detailed financial reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with Executive Officer and MLS Coordinator to provide financial insights and support.
- Assist CPA with annual taxes and reviews/audits.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks.
- Experience with bank reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management.
