What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Audit - CdA Resort position at Coeur d'Alene Resort?
Job Summary
The Coeur d'Alene Resort Front Desk Night Audit represents the first point of contact with guests and handles all stages of a guest's stay.
The Front Desk Night Audit will register/book guests in and out of their rooms, while accommodating any special requests. Will also try to upsell guest rooms, by sharing available alternatives and options.
Essential Functions
- General reception duties including greeting Guests as they arrive and depart.
- Check other's work, and correct mistakes.
- Handle incoming phone calls, and take new reservations when necessary.
- Check in and out multiple Guests per day.
Job Requirements
- Have the ability to multitask.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard.
- Must also be able to get up and down frequently to retrieve Guests registration packets, vouchers, file necessary paperwork, etc.
- Must possess good cognitive skills in the areas of reading, proofreading, and problem solving/reasoning to assist in addressing a wide variety of Guest requests.
- Basic math and money handling skills.
- Must have good corrected vision to read a computer screen and verify data entries.
- While a uniform is provided, a neat, crisp, professional office appearance is essential.
- Possess an outgoing, positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Provide efficient, courteous service to our Guests.
- Convey a calm and organized disposition even when busy.
- Able to interact with upset guests.
- Maintain a professional posture during service
- Work as a part of a team.

- Must maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week or more.
- Variable hour team members could be eligible12 months after their date of hire, with supervisor approval, so long as they have averaged 30 hours per week throughout their first year.
401K Plan:
- Team members are eligible to participate at the age of 21 or greater and at the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.

PTO:

Holiday Pay:
