Coeur Mining is a U.S.-based, well-diversified, growing, precious metals producer with four wholly-owned operations: the Palmarejo gold-silver complex in Mexico, the Rochester silver-gold mine in Nevada, the Kensington gold mine in Alaska and the Wharf gold mine in South Dakota. About The Job
Coeur Rochester, a subsidiary of Coeur Mining Inc. based near Lovelock, Nevada, is seeking a Custodian to join our team at the Rochester Mine.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively and positively with others, not disrupting productivity or efficiency in work areas at the mine site
- Cleans and performs various building and grounds maintenance assignments within the scope of their training and skills.
- Properly inspects and maintains their cleaning and other support equipment.
- Properly disposes of any waste products encountered during the course of their work.
- Orders necessary cleaning supplies, using appropriate purchasing channels.
- Maintains Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all covered cleaning supplies.
- Familiar with all Coeur Rochester mine site facilities requiring in-house custodial services.
- Ability to job plan for effective time management and utilization in all work areas in order to safely complete daily tasks
- Ability to work independently and problem solve safely and effectively based on training and skills
- Assist with company functions and special projects
- Keep sensitive company information in confidence
- Follow and support all federal, state, and company policies
- High school diploma or GED
- Safety conscious
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs on an intermittent basis
- Valid US driver's license
- Comfortable driving around mine site and interacting with heavy equipment
- Quarterly bonus up to $4,100 (up to $16,400 annually)

- 6% dollar-for-dollar employer match to 401k or Roth, immediate vesting
- Bus service from Lovelock and Winnemucca
- Travel pay for those outside of bussing service
