Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of support specialists and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and issue resolution, with a focus on payroll-related inquiries.
- Oversee the end-to-end support process, including managing customer inquiries, tracking issues, and ensuring timely resolution, particularly in the context of payroll matters.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their support needs and expectations, and work diligently to exceed them, especially when it comes to payroll-related challenges.
- Develop and maintain support policies, procedures, and documentation, with a special emphasis on payroll support protocols.
- Lead the implementation of support process enhancements and improvements, specifically geared towards payroll support.
- Generate and analyze support reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, paying particular attention to payroll-related trends.
- Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service within the support team, with a focus on payroll knowledge enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Prefer support management experience with a strong emphasis on payroll support.
- Minimum 5 years experience with HRIS softwares; UKG Ready (Formerly known as Kronos Workforce Ready) preferred
- Knowledge of payroll processes, laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency with support software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
