Skills Required : -
- Associates Degree or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- 2 years prior deskside support experience
- Experience should be hands on support as opposed to phone support
- Experience with Desktop Break / Fix
- Experience with MS Windows 7-11
- Experience with MAC OS
- Experience with office technology (MS Office 365, Web-based Applications, One Drive).
- Install, move, add, changes (IMAC), build, configuration, and software support
- Experience in large corporate technical support environment
- Experience with ticketing tools – ServiceNow
- Experience providing excellent Customer Service and face to face hardware support to customers
