Skills Required:-
• Should have 07 years experience working as Product Owner also have exposure with Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM)
• Experience leading implementations of multiple, simultaneous, large, cross-functional projects while keeping to strict time/cost/quality constraints within an Agile development framework.
• Experience and comfort working in a lead role with cross-functional business and client teams to define, document, implement, and support new IT solutions.
• Experience implementing and managing vendor applications and toolsets.
• Experience with handling, mapping, and transforming large datasets.
• Experience working with client, vendor, business, and development teams across all parts of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), especially within an Agile environment.
• Experience supporting production applications, daily data movement processes, and client issue resolution.
• Ability to work well within a team, creatively solve problems, self-direct, and maintain attention to detail.
