Role: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
Mode OF Hire: Full Time
Skills Required :-
- In-depth knowledge and experience in US securities industry, including key brokerage operations processes such as Account Services, Margin, Cashiering, Transfers, Clearance and Settlement, Corporate Action, and Tax
- Investment products such as Equities, Options, Fixed Income and Mutual Funds
- Software Development Life Cycle including Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Analyzing and writing business requirements
- End-to-end project delivery experience in large teams
- Collaborating with vendors and internal/external stakeholders at all levels PMs, BAs, Architects, IT Security Risk, IT Infrastructure, Testers, Application Managers/Senior Execs, etc.
- Working closely with IT Architects on defining the tactical and strategic integration solutions. Evaluating vendor product solutions and determining their suitability to the business requirements
- Knowledge of the systems used by a clearing broker-dealer is a plus.
- Skilled in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive Business Requirements. Able to translate complex business processes into detailed documentation, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Technical and Business knowledge of core US brokerage and support systems.
- Microsoft Office, Teams, Visio, Confluence, Jira, MS Project
- Proven dealings with senior management and vendors utilizing strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on data analysis/testing test case preparation, test execution, defect logging. Experience in application testing using a variety of testing suites
- Excellent Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
