- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly CRM and BPM solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences while leveraging low-code/no-code capabilities.
- This role requires a strong mix of service design, UX strategy, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement to develop scalable and efficient enterprise applications.
- Service & UX Design Leadership.
- Lead the UX/UI design strategy for CRM and BPM implementations.
- Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to optimize user experience.
- Design intuitive and accessible interfaces using best UX practices and low-code capabilities.
- Define and implement service design principles, ensuring smooth workflow automation.
