Position Title: Service of Process Analyst I

Location: Dover, DE

Employment Type: Fulltime – Non-Exempt

Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Cogency Global is seeking professionals with prior legal, paralegal, or business experience to join our growing litigation management team as a Service of Process Analyst in either Delaware or California. Applicants should have well-developed computer skills, show a strong proficiency in verbal and written communication, and be organized and detail oriented. A strong preference will be shown to applicants who have legal industry experience or a work history providing support services for business entities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Analyzing/reviewing legal documents.

· Ability to respond promptly to email and phone calls.

· Attention to detail.

· Work collaboratively as well as independently.

· Multi-tasking effectively and accurately.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel & Outlook).

· Team player & commitment to company culture.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The skills, experience and qualifications required:

· Excellent customer service skills, and strong computer/research skills including proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook software

· Excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Must be able to multi-task effectively, work to high standards of quality and meet deadlines

· The ability to work independently and function as part of a team.

· BA degree

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
