Position Title: UCC Client Service Specialist
Location: New York
Employment Type: Fulltime – Non-Exempt
Hours: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Salary: $48K - $52K
The Client Service Specialist plays a vital role in providing support for clients by managing a variety of tasks related to UCC searches and/or filings which include:
· Conducting and analyzing UCC searches through various state agency databases and online platforms, ensuring accurate and comprehensive results
· Preparing, reviewing and submitting UCC filings/search requests to state agencies, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance
· Creating and delivering detailed search result reports in MS Excel/PDF formats
· Interacting directly with clients, agents and cogency team members via phone and email to address inquires, and to provide updates and resolve issues promptly
· Staying up to date with UCC regulations and procedures to provide accurate guidance and support
· Assisting with additional UCC related projects as assigned by your manager
BA degree, excellent customer service skills, and strong computer/research skills including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook software are required. The ideal candidate should be well organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to multi-task effectively, work to high standards of quality and be a team player.
This position is based in our New York office, with regular hours of 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
