Summary
Cogency Global is a leader in corporate compliance is seeking a Client Service Specialist to work with our clients at Corporations, Law Firms, Lending Institutions or Small Businesses to provide legal and compliance services. Primary objectives include managing a dynamic workflow in an efficient manner, providing sustained operational excellence, meeting company goals and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Interacting directly with clients by phone and email
- Utilization of various internal and external databases
- Working with public offices and commercial agents on the client’s behalf
- Reviewing legal documentation – attention to detail is a must
- Processing orders and fillings in all States
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, preferably Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
- Organizational skills and be detail-oriented, with great written and verbal communication skills.
- Be a team player, creative and quick learner.
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively, work to high standards of quality and meet deadlines.
- BA degree.
Additional Information
Job Type: Full time Non-Exempt; M-F Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Salary: $42k -$45k
