The Project Manager will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing projects to restore power swiftly and efficiently, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead our rapid mobilization and power restoration projects for utility companies facing emergencies and power outages. The Project Manager will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing projects to restore power swiftly and efficiently, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the contract process; review, evaluate, administer and provide professional guidance on contractual documents
- Through communication and solid relationship management with internal and external stakeholders, this role will review, draft, and negotiate agreements with clients and sub-contractors
- Prepare and disseminate information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications and negotiations
- Review new contracts for accuracy, reporting requirements, and general scope of work, ensuring the operations conform to the terms of the agreement
- Collect, log, and submit reporting data to external partners
- Research and seek new contract opportunities through relationship building with potential clients
- May assist with creating bid packages by compiling quotes, required bid documents, Vivacity marketing and literature, and any additional required information
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite and Google Suite products
- Strong understanding of contracts and compliance
- Ability to design and implement effective processes and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Ability to work independently and in a facilitator role
- 2-4 years of contracting, procurement, and/or legal experience
- General understanding of the procurement processes with soliciting, awarding, and onboarding new and existing clients and sub-contractors
- Understanding of negotiating, redlining, and interpreting legal and commercial provisions
