General Position Description: This fulltime, salaried and commissioned position has overall responsibilities to build, grow and manage distributor relationships for a set of unique safety products to keep people safe in high heat work environments
Reporting Relationships: This position reports directly to the president with cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
Nurture and strengthen existing distributor relationships through regular communication, support, and collaborative initiatives.
Collaborate with distributors to create effective sales plans, promotional strategies, and pricing models.
Analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Conduct market analysis and sales forecasting to inform strategic decision-making.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure distributors are equipped with the necessary resources.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful national sales management, with a focus on industrial safety PPE through distributor networks.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and financial analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Prior experience in the safety and manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Ability to travel nationally as needed
