Job Description :

  • Support various team members with daily functions from an administrative and managerial capacity

Qualifications :

  • Position requires 2-4 years prior administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with all levels within the organization.

    Organization :

  • Market products : ensuring they are all stored correctly after being used.
  • Checking and alerting if anything needs to be re-purchased.
  • Categorizing and labeling of products.
  • Generating Brand portfolios, using Powerpoint and / or Excel.
  • Assisting the team by generating competitive brand portfolios. This will include lines, sub-lines, name of products, images, etc.
  • Cross category : Hair, Skin, Cleansers, MU, etc.
  • Assist the fragrance team with general requests.
  • Making samples (this will be in a lab). Guidance will be provided on how to make the samples.
  • Shipping samples to vendors, internally to various teams, etc.
