Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects from inception to commercialization, utilizing systems engineering skills.
- Manage cross-functional engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and software.
- Develop Project Plans, Work Breakdown Structures, and resource estimation for assigned projects.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement within the group.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
- 8 years of engineering product development experience, with a track record of managing complex projects.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in Time & Materials environments.
- Experience with ERP, PDM systems, Agile project management techniques, and supporting software tools.
Working Environment
- Generally works in an office environment, with occasional travel required.
- Interaction with people and technology while standing or sitting.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to communicate face-to-face and on the phone.
