POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative and clerical support to the HR team in our corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ. Our ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with excellent communication and follow-through skills and previous experience in HR. The work setting is in-person, with a Monday through Friday schedule, 40 hours a week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing personnel actions in the HRIS system related to recruitment, onboarding, and verification of payroll, HRIS, benefits, and employee relations.
- HR clerical duties, including but not limited to data entry, coding HR invoices, filing, etc.
- Conduct assigned HR research and follow-up.
- Handle mail and manage an email account, responding to or forwarding inquiries as applicable.
- Other duties as assigned.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- An Associate degree or higher in business administration/human resources or related fields is preferred.
- Additional HR certification is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs like Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- Previous experience with HRIS data entry is required, preferably with Paylocity, ADP, or Paychex.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible and comfortable with various assignments and conflicting deadlines, with a stellar work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Salary : $25 - $28
