POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Director of Business Development will support the Sales and Marketing Directors (Community Relations Directors) at two of our retirement communities in the San Francisco Bay area - Cadence Millbrae and Cogir of Belmont.
Our Regional Director of Business Development will manage all community outreach for their assigned buildings, aiming to grow revenue and maintain established occupancy goals for the communities they support. This will be accomplished through strategic and long-range planning, identifying appropriate professional and non-paid referral sources, and establishing referral relationships to generate qualified leads.
