Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot Windows/macOS, Office 365, Active Directory, and VPN connectivity.
- Assist with software installations, updates, and configurations.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate hardware repairs.
- Ensure system security, updates, and compliance with IT policies.
- Support network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Document troubleshooting steps and collaborate on IT projects.
- 2-4 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Preferred: CompTIA A , ITIL, or Microsoft certifications.
Salary : $20 - $25
