We are looking for a doer who thrives in a fast-paced environment to manage Cognite’s internal SaaS portfolio. In this role, you will establish governance and framework principles for Cognite’s SaaS applications and drive integration and change management processes while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, Security, Finance, and Engineering.
The ideal candidate is process-oriented, adaptable, and solution-focused, with strong communication skills. You excel at working with diverse teams and managing multiple projects in dynamic environments. \n- Oversee and manage Cognite’s global SaaS portfolio
- Establish governance and framework principles for Cognite’s SaaS applications
- Develop and implement the change management process for SaaS applications
- Provide framework and guidance on integrations of core systems
- Drive the centralization of core enterprise application operations in collaboration with IT operations and key stakeholders
- Lead and execute improvement projects to enhance the SaaS portfolio Offer clear, actionable advice on application strategies to maximize business value.
- Foster a culture that maximizes the business value of applications
- Stay informed about broader technology market trends to offer insights and maintain a competitive edge
- Contribute to and support in audits involving Cognite’s software portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners across the organization
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including IT Operations, Security, Sourcing, Infrastructure, Finance, Engineering, Sales, IT, HR, and others.
- Preferably 5 years working with SaaS applications, application management, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of SaaS governance and framework principles
- Experience from integrations and change management
- Experience with software licenses and other commercials related topics
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative team player who enjoys working with others
- Highly organized and structured way of working
- Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environments-Prefable experience from working with a global software company
- Agile, solution-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Minimal travel required
