Cognition is seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst. Local candidates preferred, must be able to interview in person.
Experience
Possesses a high degree of knowledge (functional and technical) on how a particular business information system operates. Expertise in system configuration, upgrades, designing business processes, and testing methodologies. Knowledge and understanding of complex systems operations, information flows, and sound practices to ensure the credibility of the system. Provides high-level technical support and leadership for the maintenance, development, and customization of the system(s). Key player in the design and architecture of technical specifications needed to affect system installations, modifications, and ongoing enhancements to system operations. Works at a high technical level in most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
Applicants must be willing to relocate / travel to client sites across the USA.
Requires a Master's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or a related field with 3 years of experience.
