Duties

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Leverage social media management tools to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Support talent management initiatives by identifying skill gaps and recommending training or development programs for new hires.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills
- Proven experience in internal recruiting and HR sourcing within the IT sector.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Kronos and UltiPro is a plus.
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and practices.
- Excellent research skills to identify potential candidates through various channels.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) for managing candidate pipelines.
- Ability to effectively manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
