This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that values excellence, integrity, and partnership.Responsibilities : - Qualify job order requirements with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of position needs.- Develop and post job advertisements to attract qualified candidates using Internet platforms, print media, and social networks.- Source candidates through passive recruiting and networking efforts, proactively maintaining and expanding a robust talent pipeline.- Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, suitability, and cultural fit.- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, including phone and in-person meetings between clients and candidates.- Counsel candidates on interview preparation and strategies, ensuring they are equipped for success.- Manage the offer process between clients and candidates, including offer negotiation, start date coordination, and relocation assistance.- Attend industry events to represent Expert Connections and build valuable relationships. Qualifications : Qualifications : - Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical or agency settings- Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience preferred.- Strong communication skills with proficiency in storytelling, professional written communication, and interpersonal interactions.- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex processes and procedures within manufacturing.- Proven ability to meet quotas and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and savvy with Internet tools, databases, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
