Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in order entry, typing, and the use of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Experience in event planning or medical receptionist duties is beneficial
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
