The Role
Cognizant Technology Modernization is changing the game in Data, Cloud and Generative AI based consultancy services. Tech Modernization is almost like a boutique consultancy inside of Cognizant that creates change in how technology is used and fosters an innovative engineering culture.

We're looking for a Senior Consulting Manager, Cognizant Consulting who can deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are : 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As the Senior Consulting Manager, this means overseeing advisory consulting engagements, being a trusted advisor to clients, establishing oneself as a thought leader in your field, solving complex problems, consultatively working with a client to achieve business goals, driving contributions to offerings and innovations, and serving as a people leader, guiding multiple teams as they work to transform a client and the world. Responsibilities :
- Serve as an Agile Coach on our Consulting Engagement with a client
- Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in adopting Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
- Support the management of risks and dependencies and identify and track impediments.
- Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
- Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects / Engineering
- Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment Improve the flow of value through value streams by improving and assessing the DevOps and Release on Demand competency.
- Help drive the Lean User Experience (UX) innovation cycle Work with the Agile Program Management Office (APMO) on program execution and operational excellence (see Lean Portfolio Management).
- Understand and operate within Lean Budgets and ensure adherence to Guardrails.
- Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and Solution Train and help them improve.
- Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings, including the ART sync at the Program Level and the value stream sync for Solution Trains.

Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $98,853 - 158,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
