Job Title- Desktop Engineer
Location - Waukegan - IL
Onsite / 5 days a week / Rotational shifts / Expected to work in Central time (CST) 7AM to 4PM OR 10AM to 7PM
Roles / Responsibilities (5 - 8 pointers day to day candidate's responsibilities)
AEI Support Analyst to provide Application and general IT Support.
Serve as first point of contact (Level 1) for any type of IT related issues faced by Business users and perform troubleshooting.
Assist is application account registration and management
Troubleshoot application errors
Assist customers on with how to use application
Proactively monitor incidents and requests, perform troubleshooting, assess, and route to appropriate group / s.
Proactively follow-up and partner with various teams to investigate and diagnose to ensure incidents are resolved in timely manner.
Provide advisory and incidents updates to support teams and management via various channels; E-mails, teams group chat etc.
Create, publish, and communicate knowledge articles
Expected to work in Central time (CST) 7AM to 4PM OR 10AM to 7PM

Salary and Other Compensation : Applications will be accepted until March 12th 2025The annual salary for this position is between $60-80K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.Benefits : Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to app licable eligibility requirements :
