Job Tittle : L1 SAP Service Desk Analyst (ONSITE)
Work Location : Mesa, AZ
Your responsibilities will be to provide technical support and expertise on SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. You will be troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and supporting end-users in their day-to-day operations.
Our ideal candidate is Bilingual (English / Spanish), has a firm grasp of SAP applications, including FI and CO modules, and has excellent problem-solving skills. Has experience in Service desk, taking calls and handling users over voice, chat, email and self service tickets.
Ultimately, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP systems, contributing to our company's operational efficiency

The annual salary for this position is between $37,804 to $74,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
