Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Delivery Lead with 16 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in Salesforce and a strong background in data quality and data governance. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive project success and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of multiple projects within the portfolio ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee the planning execution and monitoring of project activities to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions leveraging your technical expertise to address complex challenges.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
- Identify and mitigate risks ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with data quality and data governance standards leveraging your domain expertise to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with other systems.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status risks and opportunities.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the project teams encouraging the adoption of best practices.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in Salesforce with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Certifications Required
Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent certification is required. Data Quality and Data Governance certifications are a plus.
Salary and Other Compensation :
Applications will be accepted until 03 / 30 / 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000- 200,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
