Salesforce Delivery Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Delivery Lead with 16 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in Salesforce and a strong background in data quality and data governance. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive project success and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple projects within the portfolio ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee the planning execution and monitoring of project activities to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions leveraging your technical expertise to address complex challenges.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
• Identify and mitigate risks ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with data quality and data governance standards leveraging your domain expertise to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with other systems.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status risks and opportunities.
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the project teams encouraging the adoption of best practices.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Salesforce with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong background in data quality and data governance with the ability to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring successful delivery.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with the ability to drive project success.
• Experience in a hybrid work model with the ability to manage remote and on-site teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of business objectives and the ability to align project activities with organizational goals.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and the adoption of best practices.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative ensuring project success.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Certifications Required

Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent certification is required. Data Quality and Data Governance certifications are a plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 03/30/2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000- 200,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
